Welcome to our practice! We are a small town, independently owned and operated internal medicine office. Our providers see patients from the age of 13 all the way to 104 and counting! We pride ourselves on providing patient centered care that incorporates all aspects of a person's being into managing their health. At PHA we handle everything including routine physicals, well woman care, immunizations (including Covid), monitoring of chronic conditions and care for illnesses. If you wake up feeling ill, give us a call. We can see you that day. Either with an in-person visit or with a convenient telehealth appointment. We have relationships with many specialists in the area and can make sure you get any higher-level care you need. PHA is a part of the Wellforce system and are affiliated with Lowell General Hospital and Tufts Medical Center.
