If you do not have insurance at the time of your visit, full payment is expected at the time services are rendered unless payment arrangements are made prior to your appointment.

FALLON & TUFTS
Fallon and Tufts patient’s lab work, specialist, and any other procedure at any facility in New Hampshire may not be covered by Fallon & Tufts.

ANTHEM BCBS
Anthem BCBS patients need to see specialists from NH facilities. MA doctors may not be covered by Anthem BCBS.
